They offer a comprehensive range of services, including subacute and long-term care, assisted living, hospice and respite care, and specialized rehabilitation programs designed to support recovery and independence. Responsibilities: Accurate entry and updating of Medicare, Medicaid, and Private insurance billing data. Processing and posting cash receipts, insurance payments, and patient payments. Reviewing billing information for accuracy and completeness, correcting errors, and resolving discrepancies. Assisting with claims submissions, follow-ups, and basic accounts receivable track-ing. Maintaining organized billing records and supporting compliance with healthcare billing regulations and internal procedures. Support role in data entry from EMR software (PCC) into billing software (NCS). Taking on additional tasks as the account expands, including collections, insurance follow-ups, and higher-level billing tasks.
