This is not just a web developer role. This is a revenue systems engineering role at the intersection of marketing, sales, operations, and data. Your mission is simple but critical: make sure every lead, every booking, every payment, every membership, and every reorder is tracked correctly, flows cleanly between systems, and shows up accurately in reporting. You will work closely with marketing, sales, operations, and leadership to ensure our stack WordPress, HubSpot, Zenoti, Vagaro, Meta, Google, RingCentral, and more works as one connected machine. You will be working across: WordPress (websites, landing pages, funnels) HubSpot (CRM, pipelines, automation, attribution) Zenoti (IVDRIPS scheduling, services, memberships, billing) Vagaro (HelloDose memberships, billing, scheduling) Meta & Google Ads RingCentral, WhatsApp & SMS tools Plus automation and middleware (Zapier, Make, APIs, webhooks, etc.) Responsibilities: Funnel & Conversion Infrastructure Landing pages convert Forms pass clean data into HubSpot Bookings and memberships sync into Zenoti and Vagaro Marketing consult service revenue retention is fully trackable You will build, maintain, and optimize WordPress pages, forms, and conversion flows across both brands. CRM Business System Integrations You will design and maintain the data pipelines between: HubSpot, Zenoti, Vagaro, Payment systems, Marketing platforms Your job is to ensure: Lead source, lifecycle stage, booking status, and revenue are always in sync No leads, sales, or subscriptions disappear between systems Leadership sees one version of the truth Analytics, Attribution & Dashboards Set up and maintain event tracking across web, CRM, and booking systems Build attribution models tying ad spend bookings revenue LTV Create dashboards showing: Leads, Conversion rates, Revenue, Add-ons, Memberships, Churn and retention Reliability, Automation & Performance Monitor data flows and system health Identify broken syncs, tracking gaps, and failures Implement alerts, logging, and fixes before they impact revenue Ensure integrations are secure, scalable, and compliant Technical Strategy for Growth Design systems that can support new markets, new offers, and higher volume Recommend better tools, workflows, and architecture Ensure technology never becomes a bottleneck to growth Requirements: Were looking for a technical operator who understands that systems = revenue. 5 years experience as a Developer, Technical Lead, or Systems Engineer Strong experience with WordPress, HubSpot, APIs, webhooks, and integrations Experience working with booking, billing, or subscription platforms (Zenoti, Vagaro, Stripe, etc.) Experience in D2C, telehealth, SaaS, or subscription businesses Strong background in event tracking, attribution, and analytics Schedule is Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST You should be: A critical thinker Extremely detail-oriented Comfortable debugging complex, multi-system issues Focused on business outcomes, not just code To proceed with your application, please fill out this form: https://forms.monday.com/forms/ac39197b8296445b1f953c0352979a47?r=use1
