Our client, operating in the agricultural and wine production sector, has an exciting opportunity available for a detail-oriented and organised Creditors Clerk to join their team based in Noordhoek, Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial and administrative support. Duties will include: *Opening and maintaining supplier accounts *Obtaining and processing invoices with correct and complete information *Maintaining accurate records of payments made and outstanding balances *Loading payments onto the banking system for approval *Assisting with payroll-related tasks *Providing administrative support relating to debtors *Scheduling and coordinating meetings *Performing general administrative duties related to the position. Essential qualifications, skills, and experience: Matric required, a relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous; 2-3 years experience in a similar role (experience in the wine industry preferred); Proficiency in MS Office (Xero and WineMS advantageous); Excellent communication skills (Afrikaans and English); Own reliable transport.
