Fleet Operations Co-Ordinator

Minimum Requirements: Matric Bachelors degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical/Automotive Engineering, or a related field. 3 years of experience in fleet operations, vehicle leasing, or quality control within a car rental or transport company. Experience in the e-hailing industry is a plus. Strong understanding of fleet management processes, KPIs, and quality assurance. Familiarity with South African transport and e-hailing industry regulations (e.g., permits, driver licensing, operating licensing, vehicle standards). Ability to coordinate with external partners, workshops, and insurance companies. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Strong verbal and written English communication abilities. A proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to work in a fast-growing social enterprise environment.
