Sales Team Manager (Outbound – Dis-Chem Medical Insurance/GAP cover Campaign)

ServeCo is looking for a high-performing Sales Team Manager to lead and drive an outbound call centre team on our Dis-Chem Medical Insurance Campaign. This is a warm-leads / database campaign no cold calling. If youre a hands-on leader who thrives on targets, coaching, and building a winning culture, wed love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Manage and lead a team of 10 outbound call centre sales agents Drive daily performance to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs Coach and develop agents through live call monitoring, roleplays, and feedback Conduct daily team huddles, performance reviews, and weekly 1:1s Maintain high standards of compliance, quality, and customer experience Ensure all sales processes are followed and reporting is accurate Motivate the team, create accountability, and manage team dynamics Manage your team holistically (performance, productivity, morale, behaviour, attendance) Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Matric (Grade 12) Required Proven experience managing a sales team in a call centre environment Strong sales background with a track record of hitting targets Insurance sales experience (medical insurance preferred) Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Willingness to work in-office in Durban, Westville
