About the Role Dynamic Outsourced Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a leading courier company based in the East Rand . The company is seeking a motivated New Business Development Representative to drive growth by generating new client opportunities and building strong, lasting relationships. This role is ideal for a target-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and market research. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients in retail, e-commerce, and corporate sectors. Present courier service solutions tailored to client needs. Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activity in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. Provide feedback to management on client needs, market conditions, and service improvement opportunities. Requirements Matric / Grade 12 required; tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus. 12 years experience in B2B sales, business development, or courier/logistics industry. Proven track record of generating and closing new business. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven. Must have own reliable car and valid drivers license. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
