Logistics Co-Ordinator

TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Logistics Co-Ordinator within the Grain division in Piet Retief, Mpumalanga. Job Summary This role involves providing administrative and logistics support to the Grain division through coordinating grain transport, managing deliveries and stock movements, preparing logistics documentation, and maintaining accurate records to ensure efficient, timely, and compliant grain operations. Responsibilities and Duties Coordinate transport and delivery of grain from farms, silos, and processing facilities Schedule trucks and manage shipments to ensure timely delivery Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and clients to organise logistics Prepare, verify, and control shipping documents, permits, and waybills Capture and update transport orders and logistics-related transactions Track inventory levels and coordinate stock movements Assist with stock balancing and reconciliations Identify and resolve issues related to delays, transport, or documentation Register and liaise with new carriers, suppliers, and clients Filing and control of logistics and grain-related documentation Assist with general administrative duties within the Grain division Qualifications and Skills Matric / Grade 12 (Mathematics and Accounting will be an advantage) Computer literate (experience on the Agris system will be an advantage) Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines High level of accuracy and attention to detail Take the next step in your career with TWK Agri, a trusted leader in agriculture and beyond. *The company can expire job adverts at any time at their own discretion.
