Fleet Controller

Planning, supervision and monitoring vehicle movement ensuring compliance with approved routes, company policies and procedures. Monitoring of Colt Logistics fleet loading operations. Monitoring of Colt Logistics Sub contractors to ensure compliance with mine rules and safety measures Monitoring truck performance, identifying deviations and reporting it to senior controllers. Liaise with mine personnel and report back on day-to-day operations to ensure efficient planning and loading. Monitoring diesel consumption Assist drivers with issues such as breakdowns and reporting of issues on the Colt Logistics systems that are in place. Ensure reported breakdowns are attended to as quickly as possible to minimize downtime. Ensure all production set targets are accomplished Monitoring drivers pre-inspections daily. Ensuring updates on fleet positioning is communicated. Uploading/updating fleet documents on Fleetio. Track fleet movements Matric -Grade 12. Preferably National Diploma in Logistics/Transport. Ability to wok independently under pressure. High energy levels. Must be willing to work weekend and holidays. Drivers License is a must have.
