Outbound Sales Agent x10 – Dis-Chem Medical Insurance Campaign

We are currently recruiting experienced Outbound Sales Agents to join our Dis-Chem Medical Insurance campaign, based at our Westville office in Durban. Please note: This is NOT cold calling agents will engage with pre-qualified leads / an existing customer database. Minimum Requirements Applicants must meet the following criteria: Matric / Grade 12 (essential) Minimum of 3 years sales experience (essential) Previous insurance sales experience (essential) Must be available to work full-time, in-office (Westville, Durban) RE5 or a DOFA (Date of First Appointment) which is not expired (at least 6 months remaining to obtain RE5 qualification) Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers Promote and sell medical insurance products aligned with customer needs Deliver accurate, compliant product information and customer service Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Maintain professional communication and complete sales administration accurately Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will demonstrate: Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong customer engagement and closing ability A target-driven mindset with a proven sales track record Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
