Job Description
Recruit interview, and onboarrd new staff, facilitate job descriptions, and manage the onboarding process. Mediate conflicts, handle disciplinary inquiries, conduct exit interviews, and foster a positive work environment. Develop and oversee training programs, facilitate and coach managers on perfomance management. Develop HR strategies and initiatives that align with overall business goals. Ensure the organisation complies with all relevant labour laws and reglations and manage workplace health and safety compliance. National Diploma in Human Resources, Labour Law, Labour Relations, equivalent or above. 2 Years Post Qualification Experience. Computer Literacy. Experience in Disciplinary Inquiries. Experience in Staffing and Recruitment. Experience in BBBEE, EEA, WSP&ATR Compliance. Valid B driver's license or above. Comprehensive knowledge on Peoples Practices. SABPP Registration and Payroll Certification or Experience will be advantegeous.
