B2B Sales Consultants We are seeking results-driven B2B Sales Consultants to acquire and grow corporate clients and SMEs offering tailored communication, connectivity, and digital solutions. The role focuses on engaging decision-makers, identifying business needs, and delivering tailored voice, data, cloud, and connectivity solutions. The ideal candidate has strong consultative selling skills, B2B experience, and a proven ability to close high-value deals. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Identify, prospect, and engage new B2B clients through outbound and inbound sales activities. Sell telecommunications products and solutions including voice, data, fibre, mobile, and related services. Conduct needs analyses and present customized solutions aligned to client business requirements. Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline to meet and exceed monthly targets. Prepare and present professional proposals and quotations. Client Engagement & Relationship Management Engage with business decision-makers and key stakeholders. Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close. Conduct follow-ups and after-sales check-ins to ensure client satisfaction. Coordinate with account management and implementation teams for smooth onboarding. Campaign & Performance Management Meet and exceed revenue and conversion KPIs. Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems. Participate in campaign reviews and performance sessions. Product & Market Knowledge Maintain up-to-date knowledge of telecom products, pricing, and promotions. Clearly explain technical telecom solutions in business-friendly language. Minimum Requirements Matric / Grade 12 (required) 24 years B2B sales experience (telecommunications preferred) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Experience selling telecom, ISP, connectivity, or technology solutions
