Civil Site Agent - Construction Industry

RPO Recruitments client, a reputable building and civil contracting company is seeking an experienced Civil Site Agent for a 6-month contract in the Cederberg area. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on professional to lead site operations on key civil infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site operations and supervise construction activities for the project Ensure the project is executed safely, on time, and within budget Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders involved in the project Oversee quality control and ensure adherence to the project specifications Prepare site reports and maintain accurate documentation for the project Requirements: National Diploma in Civil Engineering or similar qualification Proven experience as a Civil Site Agent, preferably with road and stormwater projects Experience in stormwater rehabilitation and road infrastructure Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a remote site location Valid drivers license Benefits: Salary: Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications Contact RPO Recruitment for our next career opportunity.
