VRV Technician

How you'll role As a VRV Technician, you'll be responsible for the installation of HVAC systems across residential, commercial and industrial spaces. You'll ensure customer queries are resolved well, escalated in time and feedback is continuously shared with the team. What you'll do Adhere to the dress code and represent the company professionally at all times Punctual attendance at the office or work sites Prepare adequately for customer site visits, including stock and equipment checks Conduct oneself in accordance with company standards and guidelines Deliver exceptional customer service while safeguarding customer property Follow instructions from Team Leaders, Project Managers, or Site Foremen Install and commission air conditioning systems and equipment as per job specifications Identify potential maintenance risks on equipment Work overtime as required by management Correctly use tools and equipment for their intended purposes Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to assigned assistants Maintain daily logs and records of all job activities Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, product guidelines, and OHSA regulations Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required Comply with service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements Assist with customer queries and provide timely resolutions Maintain all tools and equipment in good working order Conduct thorough site clean-up after completing work at customer locations What you'll need Minimum education grade 12 5 years experience as an HVAC Technician 3 years of experience installing VRV systems Advanced understanding of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating principles Valid driver's license Relevant trade test (preferred) Valid gas license (preferred, but not necessary)
