Financial Manager: Corporate Reporting

TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Financial Manager: Corporate Reporting within the Finance division at Pretoria, Gauteng. Job Summary This role involves managing the full financial reporting function, including the preparation of financial statements, regulatory filings and ESG disclosures, ensuring accurate application of IFRS, highquality data consolidation and compliance with emerging sustainability reporting frameworks while providing insights to support strategic decisionmaking. Responsibilities and Duties Leading the preparation of consolidated monthly, interim and annual financial statements in line with IFRS Ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data and consolidation across subsidiaries Preparing monthly reports for external stakeholders including financiers and banks Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements Providing technical accounting guidance and reviewing complex IFRS transactions Implementing and maintaining Group accounting policies and reporting standards Driving the Groups ESG reporting strategy aligned to global frameworks Overseeing ESG data collection, assurance and reporting processes Collaborating with sustainability, risk and operations teams on ESG integration Managing ESG reporting requirements for investors, regulators and rating agencies Conducting financial analysis to support insights for EXCO and the Board Coordinating interim and yearend audits and managing audit deliverables Developing and maintaining strong internal financial controls Identifying and implementing improvements in financial reporting processes Leading and developing the financial reporting team Qualifications and Skills Matric / Grade 12 Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance with CA(SA) 57 years experience in financial reporting Experience in the agriculture sector (advantageous) Strong knowledge of IFRS, ESG and local accounting standards Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements in South Africa Analytical and problemsolving skills Strong communication and presentation abilities Proficiency in accounting systems and financial tools Knowledge of AS400 or similar systems (advantageous) Leadership and team management capability High attention to detail and accuracy Valid drivers license & willingness to travel Bilingual (English and Afrikaans) (advantageous) Take the next step in your career with TWK Agri, a trusted leader in agriculture and beyond. *The company can expire job adverts at any time at their own discretion.
