Quality & Food Safety Coordinator – Bloemfontein (Full-Time)

A leading FMCG company is looking for a Quality & Food Safety Coordinator to ensure compliance with HACCP, PRP and ISO 22000:2018 standards. Key Duties: * Coordinate GMP & PRP programmes * Monitor CCP records & compliance * Conduct food safety awareness interventions * Review IMTE results & maintain system documentation Requirements: BSc / National Diploma in Food Technology or Food Science (advantageous) Knowledge of ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, HACCP, VACCP & TACCP Minimum 2 years FMCG experience (food safety focused) Grain milling knowledge (advantageous) If you do not hear from us within 3 days unfortunately your application has not been successful
