How you'll role As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you'll be the vital link between delivery teams and a global talent pool. You'll specialize in sourcing top talent within the Google Cloud (GCP), Databricks, and Microsoft Azure ecosystems. This role demands strategic sourcing skills, contractor management expertise, and a solid understanding of cloud technologies. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, acting as a consultant to hiring managers, and utilizing market intelligence to stay ahead in the competitive landscape. What you'll do Manage the entire recruitment process from initial briefing to onboarding Build and maintain a robust pipeline of technical talent across regions Oversee the sourcing and deployment of contractors for project-based roles Act as a consultant to hiring managers on job specs and salary benchmarks Stay updated on trends in the Cloud (Azure/GCP) landscape Meet KPIs on time to hire, candidate funnel, and placement metrics What you'll need Technical competencies are a requirement, so having any technical tertiary qualifications are critical 5 years in technical recruitment, with both agency and in-house experience Solid understanding of Azure and Google Cloud stacks Proven experience recruiting technical talent in South Africa and other regions Strong existing network of technical professionals and contractors Ability to adapt in a business of 200 people with evolving processes
