A leading healthcare company is looking for an experienced Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) Co-Ordinator to oversee infection control programs, implement policies, train staff, and ensure a safe and compliant environment for patients and healthcare workers. Responsibilities: Develop and implement IPC policies, procedures, and programs. Conduct staff training and in-service education on infection control. Audit cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization practices. Lead outbreak investigations and implement isolation protocols. Monitor compliance with needle stick injury policies and safety procedures. Maintain infection control records and documentation. Advise staff and management on infection prevention measures. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a safe clinical environment. Requirements: Registered Nurse with SANC registration. Post-basic qualification in Infection Prevention & Control. Minimum of two years experience as an IPC nurse. Current BLS/ACLS certification.
