Internal Sales Consultant - Fluid Control Sytems

We are seeking an Energetic Internal Sales Consultant for our Pretoria Fluid Control branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily sales support, product quoting, and customer engagement for a range of fluid and engineered products. This role is perfect for someone with a solid understanding of technical fluid products and a passion for customer service and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Provide internal sales support to walk-in, telephone, and trade customers for fluid control and industrial product lines. Accurately quote and process sales orders for products including: Pumps (surface/borehole) Fittings and flanges Valves of various types Pipes and irrigation components Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and assist customers in selecting appropriate solutions. Build and maintain strong customer relationships and follow through on enquiries/requests. Work closely with branch, warehouse, and external sales teams to support order fulfilment and delivery. Meet sales targets and assist in stock and pricing management. Provide administrative support including sales entry, invoicing liaison, and reporting as required. Working Hours: 07:30 - 17:00 (Every Second Saturday) Proven product knowledge in pumps, fittings, flanges, valves, pipes and irrigation products. Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills. Energetic, outgoing personality with an ability to work well within a team environment. Reliable with strong organisational abilities and attention to detail. Must reside in the Pretoria area with reliable transport.
