We are seeking a commercially driven and creative Regional Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate all marketing activities across a group of multi-franchise dealerships within the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies that drive vehicle sales, aftersales revenue, brand awareness, and customer retention, while ensuring alignment with individual manufacturer brand standards. This role requires a strong balance of strategic planning, campaign execution, digital expertise, and performance analysis. Required Qualifications & Experience Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Brand Management, or a related field (essential) Minimum 5 years experience in a marketing management role Experience in automotive, retail, or multi-branch business environments highly advantageous Strong digital marketing knowledge and campaign performance tracking experience Experience managing marketing budgets and external agencies Valid drivers license and willingness to travel between dealerships
