Junior Litigation Attorney

We well-established and respected Legal Practice located in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town is looking to employ the services of an admitted litigation attorney. Duties will include: Consulting with clients and or counsel; Giving high quality legal advice to clients; Discussing complex legal issues with clients, attorneys, and administrative personnel; Analyzing probable outcome based on legal precedents; Attending to legal research; Drafting legal opinions; Exceptional drafting capabilities with minimum reliance on advocates; Gathering and compiling evidence; Preparing cases for trial or arbitration; Maintaining the confidentiality of legal documents and client records; Litigating in civil courts, tribunals, and arbitrations; Building and maintaining relationships with clients Requirements as follows: Commercial litigation experience in High Court Admitted attorney. Minimum 2 years high and magistrates court litigation experience. Excellent drafting skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Computer literate. Must be an independent worker, a good problem solver and able to perform in a fast-paced environment. Own transport. Leadership skills;
