We're seeking a People Data Analyst to be the custodian of HR analytics, supporting our business in making key strategic decisions by transforming people data into meaningful business insights. This high-impact role is focused on enhancing system functionality, improving HR efficiency, and providing the deep-dive analytics necessary to drive our human capital strategy forward You are an ideal candidate if: You are a technical specialist with the ability to secure relevant information and identify key cause-effect relationships within complex data sets. You possess advanced analytical skills , specifically using Access and Power BI for "Big Data" queries and graphical data representation. You are a system champion who can analyze existing business models and flows of data to improve system efficiency and productivity. You are a proactive problem-solver capable of identifying the root cause of risks and creating action plans to mitigate them. You thrive on collaboration , building professional relationships at all levels to streamline HR procedures and drive change management. You have a meticulous attention to detail and take personal responsibility for delivering high-quality, accurate month-end reporting packs. Bachelors degree (BCom or BSc) or relevant tertiary education. 3 years experience in an analytical role. Expertise in: HR Reporting and Analytics System Optimisation Stakeholder Engagement,and Process Management.
