CONSTRUCTION COMPANY ASSISTANCE REQUIRED: Location: fourways Working hour: Monday to Friday : 9:00-16:00 Package: Market related negotiable depending on experience. Probation: 3 month Job Requirements: Ability in all administration needs: handle documentation, filing, arrange documentation, excellent in computer skills, Microsoft software and other office related software Preferential: Experience in construction and admin Ability to work under pressure and good communication skills. Ability to compile reports on demand- good writing skills Fast learner, and open to new challenges. Own transportation and South African Citizen. 2 years experience in the field of construction and admin Degree in construction management or adminstration related field Experience in QS work Handle administrative tasks including bank account opening, official communication, and documentation Open, manage, and maintain supplier and vendor accounts Procure construction materials and coordinate with suppliers Maintain accurate records, filing, and basic account keeping Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and payment follow-ups Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence Assist with payroll support, attendance, and staff records Support site and management teams with daily administrative needs Ensure compliance with company procedures and deadlines
