We are looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive Office Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day running of our office. This role suits someone who enjoys multitasking, problem-solving, and keeping operations efficient. Previous experience in retail manufacturing will be an advantage. Key Responsibilities: Managing daily office operations and administrative tasks Answering calls, emails, and handling correspondence Must be familiar with SAGE Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments Maintaining filing systems (digital and physical) Ordering office supplies and liaising with suppliers Assisting with basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and record keeping Supporting management and staff with general administrative duties Requirements: Previous experience in an administrative or office management role Strong organisational and time-management skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace Ability to work independently and handle confidential information Professional, friendly, and detail-oriented
