General Maintenance Manager

We are currently looking for a general maintenanceskilled candidate with a valid drivers license to join our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily maintenance jobs, managing teams on site, and ensuring work is completed efficiently, professionally, and to company standards. Duties and Responsibilities Customer liaison and correspondence via email and telephone Conducting job assessments and preparing quotations Daily job scheduling and planning Managing day-to-day operational aspects of maintenance jobs Managing strict timeframes and deadlines Staff supervision and management Coordinating and managing the transport of staff Compiling daily site reports Attending site meetings with clients Company standards documentation and administration of maintenance jobs Ensuring job profitability and margins are monitored and maintained Ensuring correct and economical use of company resources and utilities by each team Experience in: o Minor renovations o General Maintenance o Coating o Paving Repairs o Welding Minimum Requirements Minimum of 2 years experience in the maintenance industry Ability to work with and manage small to medium-sized teams Valid drivers license Computer literate (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Good grammar and spelling skills Proven supervisory or managerial experience Basic costing, stock control, and job planning experience Working Hours On-site working hours: 07:00 16:00 Punctuality is essential
