Fashion Department Manager

A corporate retail store has a vacancy for a Fashion, Beauty and Home Department Manager for their store based in Bethlehem. The successful applicant will be reponsible for delivering and maximising selling opportunities for the allocated fashion, beauty and home department, driving availability of stock and developing a motivated team. Ensure departmental sales are in line with agreed budgets. Manage weekly seasonal and store sales plan. Ensure stock inventory processes are implemented in the department. Ensure stock disciplines are in place. Replenishment. Visual Merchandising. Drive stock availability. Maximise promotional and special events. Complete risk audit. Drive customer service excellence. Develop, recruit and lead a competent and motivated team. Performance management. Staff training. Matric. Previous managment experience within a Fashion retail store. Strong people management skills. Ability to drive sales and turnover. Deliver exceptional customer service and drive service excellence.
