Key Responsibilities Client Portfolio Management Manage and service a small portfolio of existing clients. Maintain strong, professional relationships through regular communication and site visits. Understand client needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. New Business Development Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and market research. Generate leads and convert prospects into active customers. Expand the customer base in line with company growth objectives. Attend meetings, presentations, and site visits with potential clients. Sales & Reporting Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and contracts. Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines. Track sales activities and maintain accurate records. Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights. Internal Coordination Work closely with internal teams (operations, logistics, finance, and technical support) to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Assist with resolving customer queries or issues in a timely and professional manner. Requirements Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships. Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organised. Valid drivers license and willingness to travel if required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (CRM experience is an advantage).
