We provide investors with access to a fully automated, AI-powered quantitative trading system, delivered as a structured trading service supported by systematic execution and risk management. As part of our expansion, we are building a high-efficiency investor acquisition operation that leverages live streaming and online platforms to engage potential clients at scale. Role Overview: The Live Sales Support & Outreach Coordinator supports our online sales and investor acquisition team by managing live stream interactions, increasing online visibility, identifying interested prospects, initiating conversations, and coordinating office visits for qualified individuals. This role is not a closing or sales role. Your responsibility is to create exposure, source and qualify leads, and route potential clients to our ground sales team, allowing closers to focus purely on conversion. This is a fast-paced, execution-focused role combining live stream support, proactive outreach, and lead coordination. Key Responsibilities: Live Stream Support Monitor live streams (e.g. TikTok Live) in real time Manage live chat, pinned messages, and FAQs using approved responses Identify high-intent viewers and initiate direct messages Support live hosts during sessions to ensure smooth engagement Online Outreach & Exposure Actively follow, add, and engage with potential users on relevant platforms Comment on relevant posts and discussions to increase visibility and awareness Initiate professional, compliant conversations with potential prospects Promote live sessions and online engagement organically Lead Qualification & Coordination Ask basic qualifying questions (location, availability, interest level) Arrange and coordinate office appointments for qualified prospects Follow up with prospects before and after live sessions Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and appointments Coordinate closely with online sales reps and ground sales teams What This Role Is NOT: Not a sales or closing role Not a content creator or influencer role Not a marketing strategy role Not a passive administrative position Requirements: Comfortable communicating via chat, comments, and direct messages Strong written communication skills Highly organised and detail-oriented Able to multitask during live sessions Proactive and comfortable initiating outreach Fast response time and sound judgment Comfortable working in a structured, performance-driven environment Willing to follow scripts, guidelines, and escalation rules strictly Experience in live moderation, online outreach, community management, appointment setting, customer support, or sales support is an advantage, but not mandatory.
