Dynamic Outsourced Solutions is currently recruiting for a New Business Sales Development professional who focuses on identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and creating strategies to drive company growth and revenue. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS Market Research and Analysis Conduct thorough research to identify market trends, new opportunities, and the competitive landscape. Lead Generation and Prospecting Actively source and qualify potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and industry events. Identify, contact, and sell company services to prospective clients. Obtain completed credit applications from new clients. Follow up on new leads and referrals generated through field activities. Relationship Management Build genuine rapport with prospects and new clients. Establish and maintain strong relationships to foster trust and long-term partnerships. Daily interaction with internal operational teams. Manage and resolve client queries effectively. Prepare and submit daily and monthly KPI reports. Strategy and Planning Develop and implement new business growth strategies. Set sales targets and align initiatives with senior management and relevant departments. Sales and Proposal Development Gather relevant information required to prepare proposals. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to prospective client needs. Obtain feedback on proposals, negotiate terms, and close new business deals. Negotiation and Deal Closing Negotiate and manage agreements, terms, and conditions to ensure profitable and mutually beneficial outcomes. Collaboration Work closely with internal teams including sales, marketing, operations, and CSD to ensure alignment and successful onboarding of new clients. Reporting and Tracking Track sales activity, maintain accurate prospect and client databases, and report on performance and key metrics to senior management. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Proven experience in logistics (essential), preferably in a new business or sales development role. Minimum of 5 years experience with a proven track record in new business acquisition. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. SKILLS / CHARACTER Extremely well-organized and self-disciplined Strong listening, communication, and negotiation skills Persistent, resilient, and target-driven Positive attitude and professional approach Ability to work well under pressure Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset Clear understanding of targets, deadlines, and task prioritisation
