About Redwood Capital Group Redwood Capital Group is a real estate private equity company focused on acquiring industrial assets in the Southeastern United States. The Role We are seeking an Acquisition Analyst who will help us acquire 1-2 industrial facilities and land parcels for development in 2026. Responsibilities: Cold calling property and land owners and gauging their interest in selling Managing a virtual assistant who will generate lead lists and underwrite deals Working with leadership to close deals and purchase properties Compensation: $2,100/month base salary 0.5% acquisition fee (e.g. $2,000,000 purchase = $10,000 fee) 15 days discretionary PTO 15 days mandatory PTO for US holidays Hard Requirements: High energy and self-motivated Excellent communication skills Cold calling experience is a must Sales experience is a must Strongly Preferred: High tolerance for rejection Strong desire to earn performance-based income Experience in real estate
