Distribution Assistant

Location: Atlas Gardens Business Park, Durbanville Hills Type: Full-Time We are looking for a Distribution Assistant to join our Frozen Food Distributors team. This role plays a vital part in supporting our distribution operations and ensuring that our deliveries run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the coordination and execution of daily delivery schedules. Liaise with drivers, warehouse staff, and clients to ensure timely deliveries. Prepare documentation such as delivery notes and dispatch records. Monitor delivery progress and communicate delays or issues. Support distribution planning and assist with general logistics admin. Minimum Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) is essential. At least 3 years experience in a distribution/logistics or warehouse role. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic logistics software systems. Strong communication and time management skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a team. Good understanding of distribution and delivery operations.
