Position Overview BSS solutions for billing and customer care domain L1 /L2 Engineers- Support and Services Will be a member of MSO support team. He should be able to manage the Tecnotree Applications. He should be able to communicate well with the customer. He must regularly communicate with Offshore/Onsite for Reporting Purposes and to Provide On-Time Resolution. Ready to travel to customer sites. Essential Job Functions / KRAs ® Problems/Issues/Defects Recording and Dissemination ® Diagnostics of Problems/Issues/Defects ® Ownership of Problems/Issues/Defects Ticket until Resolution ® Problems/Issues/Defects Analysis ® Follow-up and Resolve Problems/Issues/Defects within SLA ® Workaround, Corrective Fixes, Removal of Data Errors ® Application Maintenance ® Provide necessary Application log to L3/SME & all required support to diagnose a reported problem ® Regular Reporting on Open/In Progress/Resolved Tickets to Next Level Managers ® Pro-Active Communications (internal and external) ® Bill run execution and Support ® Deployment Support ® UAT and Post-Production testing support. ® Flexibility to work in shifts. Required Skill Set Telecom BSS Knowledge, SQL, MongoDB Query Language, Cassandra DB, MYSQL, UNIX, Web Logic/Java Basics. Good Analytical Skills Knowledge on Shell scripting Knowledge on Rancher and Docker is an advantage. Experience Level / Years of Experience 0-4 yrs Minimum Qualification / Education Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent Knowledge of Service offering Knowledge of BSS operating procedures, CRM and Billing
