Project Procurement & Logistics Officer

A respected manufacturing employer is seeking a Project Procurement & Logistics Officer to join its Western Cape team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include order processing and following up third-party orders, running analysis and executing reports, assisting with import receiving, updating/maintaining import airfreight reports, checking and confirming documentation, liaising with suppliers, planning/managing logistics operations, negotiating rates and contracts, and ensuring inventory accuracy. To succeed in this role, you should have the relevant tertiary qualification (Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics) and at least 5 years relevant experience (including supervisory management experience). Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP is advantageous.
