We are looking for a reliable Cashbook Clerk to manage daily cashbook payments, bank reconciliations, and related admin tasks. The role suits someone with solid bookkeeping skills and experience in a similar role. Requirements Bookkeeping Diploma or similar relevant qualification 35 years cashbook experience with high level transactions 35 years financial systems experience Strong Excel skills Exposure to Embrace ERP (advantageous) Good customer and query-handling skills Key Responsibilities Manage daily cashbook processing and reconciliation of bank account Prepare and verify EFT payments Investigate and resolve bank statement issues Reconcile cashbooks on Embrace Maintain correct allocations in the general ledger Perform general administrative tasks and ensure proper record-keeping
