Shift Setter

A well-established FMCG manufacturing Company is looking for an experienced Setter with strong blow moulding expertise to support continuous production operations across a 24/7, multi-shift environment. This is a permanent role driven by ongoing business growth, with an urgent requirement for a skilled individual. Responsibilities: Set up, adjust, and optimise blow moulding machines to meet production specifications Ensure machines are correctly configured in line with quality, safety, and efficiency standards Monitor production processes and make real-time setting adjustments during shifts Support continuous operations across rotating shifts in a 24/7 manufacturing environment Troubleshoot setting-related issues to minimise downtime and production losses Conduct changeovers efficiently to support different product runs and reduce setup time Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure consistent output Complete basic production and setting documentation accurately and timeously Requirements: Minimum N3 qualification (N4 preferred) At least 23 years setting experience Proven blow moulding experience (essential) FMCG manufacturing environment experience (advantageous) Exceptional candidates without N4 may be considered if they have 10 years of strong blow moulding experience Benefits Salary: negotiable.
