Responsibilities: Processing invoices: Handling the invoicing process, which may include receiving, verifying, and processing invoices. Encoding in Appfolio: Inputting information, possibly related to property management tasks, into the Appfolio software or system. Checking and Approving: Reviewing the encoded information in Appfolio to ensure accuracy and completeness, and then approving it for further processing Requirements: Experience with AppFolio is required. Bookkeeping Background: Possesses a background in bookkeeping or financial tasks, enabling effective management of financial records and transactions. Fluent in English: Proficient in both written and verbal communication in English to effectively handle tasks, communication, and documentation. Diligent and Committed: Demonstrates a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to completing tasks accurately and on time. Accurate with Details and Efficient: Capable of maintaining accuracy while processing tasks efficiently, ensuring that invoicing and coding are done precisely.
