Construction Storeman

A reputable construction company is seeking an experienced Construction Storeman to manage and control site stores on an active construction project in the Durbanville / Phisantekraal area. Key Responsibilities: Full management of construction site stores Receiving, issuing and recording of materials and tools Maintaining accurate stock control and inventory records Conducting regular stock counts and reconciling variances Ensuring proper storage, security and housekeeping of materials Liaising with site management, suppliers and subcontractors Ensuring compliance with company procedures and site safety requirements Minimum Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) compulsory Trade Certificate or RPL essential Minimum 5 years experience as a Store Clerk / Construction Storeman Proven experience working on construction sites Strong organisational and record-keeping skills Ability to work independently and under pressure Good communication skills and attention to detail Advantageous: Experience on large or fast-paced construction projects Knowledge of construction materials, tools and equipment Start Date: As soon as possible
