Architectural Technologist

Key Responsibilities: Prepare technical drawings and construction documentation Produce 3D models and visualisations to support design development Assist with design development and client consultations Conduct site visits to verify measurements and site conditions Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure accurate execution Use AutoCAD, SketchUp, SketchUp Layout, and Fusion 360 for documentation and modelling Requirements: Bachelors degree in Architecture or Interior Design Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Twinmotion Strong understanding of design principles and ability to apply them creatively Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to conduct site visits and work independently when required Comfortable working in a bilingual Afrikaans and English environment
