The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the reception area, providing administrative support, and assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Attention to detail to accurately record information and data entry, such as updating contact lists and inventory records. Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy and efficient reception area, including welcoming guests, receiving and distributing mail, and managing office supplies. Knowledge of basic office equipment, such as printers, copiers, and fax machines, to assist with administrative tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to support various departments within the manufacturing facility. Adaptability to handle changing priorities and urgent requests while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude. Understanding of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information or documents. Flexibility to work extended hours or on weekends when necessary to meet deadlines or assist during busy periods in the manufacturing industry.
