Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Full site management from site establishment to practical completion Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site labour Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification Oversee quality control, health & safety compliance, and site administration Coordinate with professional teams, clients, and head office Daily site planning, progress reporting, and programme control Minimum Requirements: Minimum 810 years experience as a Site Manager on commercial building projects Proven experience on medical facilities, hospitals, or similar regulated environments (advantageous) Strong background in concrete structures, finishes, and services coordination Relevant Construction Management / Building qualification Sound understanding of JBCC contracts, site programming, and QA systems Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Valid drivers licence and ability to travel between sites Package on Offer: R55 000 R75 000 per month (Cost to Company) Market-related benefits based on experience and project exposure Start Date: As soon as possible
