Materials Resource Planner

Work Conditions Fast-paced environment with tight production timelines. May require occasional travel to supplier sites. Office-based with regular interaction with operations team · Procurement Coordination · Performance Monitoring & Reporting · Compliance & Documentation · Maintain and manage the MRP system to ensure accurate material requirements. · Analyse production schedules and forecast material needs. · Create, release, and monitor purchase and work orders. · Coordinate with suppliers for delivery schedules, lead times, and order statuses. · Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy. · Review and update Bills of Materials (BOM) and item master data. · Identify material shortages, delays, or risks and escalate or resolve them promptly. · Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics to align material flow with production demands.
