Purpose of the Role To provide professional front-desk and administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering exceptional customer service to clients and visitors. Key Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To Professionally welcome and assist visiting clients Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner Manage front desk operations and general administrative tasks Handle correspondence, emails, and document control Maintain office supplies and ensure overall office organisation Provide administrative support to management and operational teams Manage schedules, bookings, and appointments Perform accurate data entry and maintain record management systems Criteria Customer serviceoriented with a professional and well-presented manner Well-groomed with a professional demeanour Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Afrikaans Strong computer literacy (MS Office and booking or dispatch systems) Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent telephone etiquette High level of confidentiality and discretion
