Nymbis Cloud Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in both maintaining and enhancing our current product portfolio while driving innovation through our new product development initiatives. The successful candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking, strong analytical capabilities, and a proven track record in product management within a technology or cloud services environment. Key Responsibilities Current Product Management Oversee the ongoing performance, maintenance, and optimization of existing Nymbis Cloud Solutions products Monitor product health metrics, customer satisfaction, and market performance Lead product roadmap refinement and prioritization for current offerings Identify and implement product improvements and feature enhancements based on customer feedback and market analysis Coordinate with engineering, customer support, and marketing teams on product maintenance activities Manage product documentation, release notes, and communication with stakeholders New Product Development Serve as a core member of the new product development team Define product vision, strategy, and requirements for new solutions Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify innovation opportunities Develop business cases and financial models for new product initiatives Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for new products Guide products through discovery, development, and go-to-market phases Strategic Planning & Analysis Develop comprehensive product strategies aligned with company objectives and market opportunities Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape Create detailed product requirements documents and specifications Prepare presentations and reports for executive leadership and stakeholders Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting Identify and assess risks and mitigation strategies for product initiatives Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to various stakeholder groups Gather and prioritize customer feedback and requirements Serve as the primary liaison between customers and product development teams Present product updates and strategy to company leadership Required Qualifications Experience Minimum 5 years of product management experience in technology, software, SaaS, or cloud services environments Demonstrated success managing and improving existing products throughout their lifecycle Proven experience leading new product development initiatives from concept to launch Track record of delivering products that achieve market fit and business objectives Technical & Analytical Skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including: Complex formulas and functions Data analysis and visualization Financial modeling and forecasting Pivot tables and data manipulation Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to derive insights from data Understanding of cloud computing concepts Comfort with technical concepts and the ability to work effectively with engineering teams Business & Strategic Skills Strong business acumen with ability to develop business cases and financial models Strategic thinking with ability to identify market opportunities and threats Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis methodologies Experience developing go-to-market strategies Understanding of product metrics, KPIs, and performance measurement Soft Skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in cloud solutions or enterprise software Knowledge of customer success and user experience principles Experience working with remote teams Education Degree or Diploma in Business, Technology, Economics, or related field Equivalent professional experience may be considered Competencies Strategic Planning Product Vision & Strategy Analytical Thinking Data-Driven Decision Making Cross-Functional Leadership Customer Focus Communication Business Acumen Working Conditions Remote Occasional travel for customer meetings and industry events may be required Standard business hours with flexibility based on project demands
