Utility Operator

Key Responsibilities: - Perform tasks safely and efficiently in line with company operating procedures and safety regulations - Support casting operations and assist with delegated production tasks as per completed training - Contribute to achieving shift production targets (quality and quantity) - Follow metallurgical, operational and safety procedures in line with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and OHSAS standards - Maintain housekeeping standards and ensure 5S principles are upheld - Participate in continuous improvement and suggestion initiatives - Maintain a clean and organised work environment Minimum Requirements: - Secondary school certificate - Minimum 1 year industrial or manufacturing experience - Basic Occupational Health & Safety knowledge - Hazard awareness training advantageous - Ability to read, write and communicate in English - Strong team player with a responsible work ethic This position suits a disciplined, reliable individual who understands the importance of safety, teamwork, and meeting production targets in a structured industrial environment.
