Qualifications A tertiary qualification in Sales and Marketing and/or a medical discipline will be advantageous Required experience Regional Sales Manager experience will be advantageous A tertiary qualification in Sales and Marketing and/or a medical discipline will be advantageous Minimum of 5 years experience in independent and corporate pharmacy Thorough knowledge of the OTC business (Schedule 02) Firm understanding of the Marketing Code of Conduct Proven sales record Thorough knowledge of the South African pharmaceutical Industry Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint and Business Savvy. Key Job Outputs Regional & Divisional sales objectives are met Prioritise effectively and in accordance with independent and corporate objectives Competitive market share evolution Expenses in Line with Budget/ revised forecast. Customer targets in all key areas will be achieved Building sustainable Customer loyalty. Accurate forecasting & sales tracking Monitor and analyse market share trajectory Preparation and presentation of field sales reports presented timeously Ability to develop tactical plans from available data. Attract, Retain and Develop key talent Motivate team members to achieve success and operate efficiently.
