Accountant/ Post article clerk

A leading travel agency in Pretoria East is searching for a vibrant and dedicated Junior Accountant/Post article clerk. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to perform reconciliations and have Advanced Excel abilities. Responsibilities: Include, but are not limited to, the following duties. Additional related responsibilities may be assigned as required. Asset and Insurance register management Policy and Procedure review and drafting Monitoring and preparation of audit documentation Preparation of various reconciliations Revenue and Billing Analysis. Reporting Journal and Cashbook capture General bookkeeping up to trial balance Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Accounting Degree or Diploma Minimum of 1.5 years of SAICA or SAIPA Articles or at least 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
