Sales Manager FTTH We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and motivate our FTTH sales team. You will be responsible for retaining clients, driving profitable sales, and growing our customer base while ensuring the team is equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies and business plans to drive sales, client retention, and growth in new and existing markets. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Oversee sales operations, reporting, and process improvements to enhance customer service. Implement performance management systems, set targets, and manage commission structures. Provide ongoing training to ensure the team can present products accurately and effectively. Ensure all contracts and proposals are complete, correctly signed, and commercially sound. Partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit and onboard top sales talent, maintaining strong relationships with recruitment partners. Qualifications Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelors in Business Administration, Office Management, Customer Service, or related discipline. Grade 12 required 3 years of sales experience Drivers Licence Code 10 Excellent written and verbal communication skills ICT industry experience is advantageous
