Proven sales experience Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills Target driven and self-motivated with the ability to work independently Excellent organisational and time management skills Professional appearance and confident presentation Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle ( essential ) Computer literate ( MS Office, CRM systems, email Assist customers promptly and professionally at the sales counter. Participate in periodic physical stock counts. Assist in maintaining a clean , professional, and well-presented branch environment. Support delivery operations as and when required. Contribute to the long-term growth. Ensure compliance with all relevant EH&S / SHEQ requirements. Deliver world-class customer service and support client retention. Perform and additional duties as assigned by management. Must Have Experience in Counter Sales. Must have knowledge of Construction Machines. Valid drivers license and own transport (non negotiable) Sales -related qualification ( advantageous )
