Business Unit: Motus Car Rental Reports to: Senior Manager: BI and Datawarehouse Development Based at/in: Bruma (Zulberg Close), Johannesburg The purpose of the position is to provide support to BI team through the data-driven in-depth analysis of data quality, integrity and ensure it balances to source data. This includes managing, supporting and enhancing existing reports business requires and working to cover wider reporting requirements. Designing and building end to end BI solutions, that will extract data from multiple systems, transforming and loading into the reporting data warehouse. Working with end users and analysts on requirements and translate them into technical specification, provides estimation to the management Supporting existing BI Platform, reverse engineer and improve processes Mentoring and coaching junior members, as well as driving and implementing industry best practises Minimum Qualification: Relevant Computer Information Systems qualification with majors in Information Management/Finance/Mathematics NQF6 Degree (NQF7) is preferred. Minimum Requirements: 3years ETL / Business Intelligence Development experience in Microsoft BI Stacks environment / SQL Server / SSIS Highly experienced in Technical Skills: MS SQL Server, SQL,SSIS, DevOps, PowerApps 1 Years of report development experience in Power BI Advanced knowledge of the ETL methodologies and technology; exposure to the full SDLC Experience designing solutions following Kimball methodology and good knowledge of data modelling concepts Attributes include: attention to detail, as started and a finisher, respectful team player, determined, problem-solver, challenge-lover, knowledge sponge, and awesome.
