Job Description

Job Purpose: To effectively execute debtor transactions and ensure accurate, timely account management, customer query resolution, and communication. Key Responsibilities: Timely and accurate execution of debtor transactions, including loan disbursements, cancellations, settlements, refunds, and reconciliations. Investigate and resolve customer queries in a detailed and timely manner, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company standards. Identify, investigate, and resolve account management exceptions and issues efficiently. Maintain professional and effective communication with customers, both verbal and written, ensuring expectations are managed and feedback is positive. Competency Requirements: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP (CML module preferred). Ability to investigate and resolve account and customer queries accurately. Intermediate bookkeeping and financial data entry skills. Attention to detail, numerical reasoning, and ability to prioritise tasks. Customer service oriented, investigative mindset, and excellence-driven. Knowledge of financial services products, internal control processes, and relevant regulatory requirements. Familiarity with Pepkor Lifestyle /CFS policies, account lifecycle, and month-end processes. Minimum Qualifications & Experience: Matric certificate and a tertiary qualification. At least 2 years experience in loan administration or financial account management.
