Who You Are You are a motivated, organized, and people-oriented sales professional who thrives in a fully remote environment and enjoys outbound outreach and relationship-building. Youre confident on the phone and in writing, comfortable handling objections, and energized by meeting targets. Youre proactive, resilient, and able to manage your pipeline independently while staying aligned with a broader sales strategy. What Youll Do Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and other channels to generate new leads. Qualify outbound leads to determine fit, interest, and readiness. Engage prospective clients in thoughtful conversations to understand their needs. Schedule qualified meetings or handoffs for team members to continue the sales cycle. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM. Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the pipeline. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance targets. Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and improve outreach effectiveness. Represent the clients brand professionally, empathetically, and ethically at all times. What Were Looking For 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role. Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Confidence making high-volume outbound calls and handling objections. Goal-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfort working with CRMs and sales productivity tools. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. Professional, reliable, and comfortable supporting a US-based client during New York business hours.
